First sign-in

1. Open the HTTPS admin URL printed by the installer, including port 8443.
2. Sign in with username owner and the generated temporary password. 3. Replace the temporary password with a unique password stored in a password manager. 4. Open account security and enable TOTP two-factor authentication.
3. Review the instance defaults in Settings, including account duration, quota, speed and device count. 6. Check the dashboard health indicators for the web application, database, Xray and traffic gateway. 7. Create one VPN user and send that person only their username, temporary password and portal URL.

All roles use the same sign-in address. After authentication, the application routes the account to the appropriate admin or user portal.

Use separate accounts

Keep the owner account for instance administration. Create an ordinary VPN user for daily device connections so owner credentials are never imported into a VPN client.
